Governor Ortom aide has been shot dead by unknown gunmen.
Onyxnews reports that unknown gunmen have killed AIG Christopher Dega (Rtd), Senior Special Assistant to Benue Governor Samuel Ortom on Security.

This online news platform understands that Governor Ortom aide was shot dead , in Jos, Plateau State Capital, northern Nigeria.
According to report on The Nation, says Governor Ortom aide was shot in the chest several times by gunmen on Tuesday, June 2.
Before his death, AIG Dega who hailed from Katsina Ala local government area in Benue state had a brilliant career in the Nigerian Police Force and was Commissioner of Police in Borno and Edo States.
