Ooni of Ife, top politicians grace popular Yoruba festival.

Onyxnewsng reports that the popular festival in Yoruba land, South West of Nigeria, ‘Olojo’ is a festival that celebrate the black race all over the world, as once described by Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi.

However this year 2021 Olojo festival is special, which brought many personalities of all sectors to Ile-Ife.

The event started on saturday and several traditional rites were performed.

Speaking, Onyxnewsng understands that the Osun State Governor, Gboyega Oyetola who was represented by his deputy Benedict Alabi explained that Olojo featival is a festival created by “Olodunmare“, urging people to live together in peace and promote their culture.

However, Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi on his own part, prayed for the good people of Ile ife and Nigeria at large.

He noted that Olojo festival remains an inspiring spiritual noble cause and priceless inestimable gift to the world from “Eledumare“.

At the same time, Iyalaje Oodua Princess Toyin Kolade advised the good people of yoruba to support culture as Olojo Festival is father of it all, she noted that all the prayers that “our father Ojaja II prayed for us shall be answered, by next year all of us shall come here to testify to the good things that the lord will do for us.”

Important personalities present at the great event are: Governor of Osun State, Gboyega Oyetola, represented by his deputy, Mr.Benedict Alabi, Iyalaje Oodua Princess Toyin Kolade, Deputy Governor Kogi State, Mr David Onoja, House of Representatives members, Media Practitioners, Sons and daughters of Osun State, traditional rulers, clergymen among others.
