Peter Obi Visits Woman Who Was Injured During Election In Lagos

The Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, today March 6, visited Mrs Jennifer Efidi, a victim of election violence in Surulere, Lagos state.
Mrs Efidi was reportedly attacked by election thugs on February 25 and got wounded close to her eyes. She thereafter left her polling unit to get treated, after which she came back to cast her vote.
Many people saw her action as courageous and patriotic and praised her for the act. Some persons even solicited for funds for her, which according to reports, got swift response from Nigerians, particularly “Obidients” who donates in varying amounts.
Mr Obi who felt a surge of emotion for her actions paid her a courteous visit.
