EPL: Rio Ferdinand Tipped Arsenal As Favorite For Premier League Tittle

Former Manchester United player, Rio Ferdinand, has tipped Arsenal to challenge tittle holders, Manchester City for the Premier League title this season.
Mikel Arteta’s men win over Brentford put them to the top of the table after 13 points, following a 1-1 draw between Manchester City and Liverpool in the early kick-off.
Ferdinand while speaking on TNT Sports after the Gunners claimed a 1-0 win at Brentford, stressed that Arsenal’s centre-back partnership of William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes, give them an edge over the Reds in the title race.
Arsenal have only conceded just 10 goals in 13 games.
“The two centre-backs, they’ll be the reason why I would put them ahead of Liverpool in the title race to challenge someone like Manchester City.
“Because you can trust those two implicitly at the moment,” Ferdinand said.
