UCL: Manchester United Welcomes Key Player Ahead Of Bayern Munich Clash
Manchester United’s midfielder, Casemiro, has returned to training in preparation for the crucial Champions League match against Bayern Munich this week.
The player had sustained an ankle injury while playing for Brazil in October.
However, the club has confirmed that he has resumed training, though he worked individually as his teammates participated in a recovery session following their recent Premier League defeat against Bournemouth. Now, Casemiro may potentially be fit to play against Bayern on Tuesday.
It is worth noting that in the previous Champions League encounter, the 31-year-old midfielder scored twice against the Bundesliga champions but was unable to prevent United from losing 4-3.
