American Rapper Unveils Plan To Hold ‘Free’ Concert In Nigeria
American rapper Lil Durk has announced plans to hold a free concert in Nigeria, following his missed appearance at an event in Lagos last month.
In a recent post on X, Lil Durk explained that he did not miss the concert in Lagos by choice, and expressed his love for Nigeria.
He assured his Nigerian fans that he will return to the country and perform a free concert in the near future.
He wrote: “I got to make the show up for free for Nigeria even if I ain’t my fault [I didn’t show up for the December event]. Y’all my family I got y’all 4ever.”
Lil Durk has a large and dedicated fanbase among Nigerian youth, especially Generation Z. His recent single ‘All My Life’, which features J. Cole, reached number one on Apple Music Nigeria within 24 hours of its release.
