Tobi Amusan Set To Start Diamond League Title Defence
Nigeria’s accomplished track athlete, Tobi Amusan, will commence her participation in the Diamond League, an elite international athletics competition, in China in January 2024.
She has already achieved an impressive feat by winning the Diamond League crown three consecutive times.
The Wanda Diamond League has recently released its schedule for the 2024 season, providing details about the various events and meetings that will be held throughout the year.
This esteemed league attracts top-notch athletes from all over the world and comprises a total of 15 meetings across four continents.
The action will kick off on April 20 in Xiamen, China, where Amusan will actively participate in the women’s 100m hurdles event.

In September 2023, at the young age of 26, she made headlines by securing her third consecutive Diamond League 100m hurdles title.
