Singer Joeboy Slams Tinubu Govt For Prioritising Changing National Anthem Over Tackling Hardship
Popular singer Joeboy has criticized the federal government for prioritizing the change of the national anthem over addressing the country’s numerous challenges.
Recall that President Bola Tinubu had on Wednesday signed the National Anthem Bill 2024 into law on, reinstating the old anthem, ‘Nigeria, We Hail Thee.’
Joeboy expressed his dismay, questioning why the government would prioritize a change in the national anthem over more pressing national issues.
On his X handle, he wrote: “Of all the problems Nigerians have to deal with, changing the national anthem is priority? Okay naw.”
