The organizers of the Big Brother Naija reality show have revealed a change in the prize money for the upcoming Season 9, slated for 2024.

The announcement, made on the show’s official communication channel on Wednesday, stated that the winner of the 2024 season will receive a total prize of N100 million and a brand new SUV.

This amount has been reduced from the previous prize of N120 million.

The new season is set to launch on Sunday, 28 July 2024, and will run for a period of 71 days.

A unique twist has been introduced to the format of the game, as contestants will now participate in pairs, adding a fresh dynamic to the challenges they will face during their time on the show.
