PROTESTS: We’re Ready For Dialogue – Nyesom Wike
The Federal Capital Territory Minister, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, has once again requested that individuals protesting against the administration of President Bola Tinubu engage in dialogue.
He emphasized that the government is prepared to hear their concerns and provide insights into governance issues that they might not be aware of.
Wike expressed these sentiments during a ceremony where he conferred staff of office to four newly appointed chiefs in the region.
Wike praised the peaceful nature of protests in the FCT and encouraged demonstrators to continue opposing any attempts to destabilize the nation.
He highlighted the significance of Abuja as Nigeria’s capital, underscoring that any harm caused to the FCT would have detrimental effects on the entire country.
