CAF Awards 2024: Lookman Makes Final Shortlist, Ekong Misses Out
Ademola Lookman has been named among the top five finalists for the 2024 CAF Men’s Player of the Year award, as announced by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) on Monday.
He is joined by Simon Adingra, Achraf Hakimi, Rowen Williams, and Serhou Guirassy.
Additionally, Lookman’s Super Eagles teammate, Stanley Nwabali, is a contender for the Goalkeeper of the Year award.
The Nigerian national team is also in the running for the National Team of the Year honor.
The winners will be revealed at the award ceremony scheduled to take place in Morocco next month.
