VIDEO: Benue State Governor Appoints 2Face Idibia as Adviser Amidst Growing Public Interest

Benue State Governor Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia has appointed celebrated Nigerian artist 2Face Idibia as Technical Adviser on Entertainment and Community Outreach. The announcement, made during a government meeting, was met with applause from the governor’s cabinet and quickly spread on social media.
Governor Alia praised 2Face’s influence, saying, “Once you say 2Face, people start dancing, even without you singing.” He thanked the musician for his support in the governor’s 2027 political preparations and expressed confidence in his ability to take on greater responsibilities.
The governor stated, “On behalf of the Benue State government and our very good people, we want to give you some more responsibility plus the ones you have been doing because you have the capacity to do some more and help us chart a way forward to improve other people’s lives.” The appointment is seen as a strategic effort to harness 2Face’s expertise in entertainment and community development.
