EPL: Wolves Sack Head Coach, Pereira— Report
According to reports, Wolves have announced the sacking of manager Vitor Pereira on Sunday, just a day after their 3-0 defeat to Fulham at Craven Cottage.
The loss leaves the Molineux side without a single victory after 10 league matches. It also followed their 4-3 Carabao Cup defeat to Chelsea on Wednesday.
Currently, Wolves sit eight points adrift of safety, having collected only two points this season.
Pereira’s dismissal comes just 45 days after he penned a new three-year contract. Despite high expectations, the former Porto boss failed to turn things around, with Wolves now the only team across England’s top four divisions yet to register a win.
