COVID-19 lock down ease: FG set to review lockdown relaxation this week

The Federal Government of Nigeria led by President Muhammadu Buhari is set to review the relaxation of lockdown this week amid coronoranviru disease in the country.
Onyxnews Nigeria reports that the Federal Government has announced that the relaxation of the lockdown will be reviewed this week.
This reliable online news platform understands that the National Coordinator of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, Sani Aliyu, said this during the daily briefing on Tuesday.
The National Coordinator of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 also stated that the task force will definitely change strategy if the current order is not working.
He said: “You are probably aware that by the end of this week, we will be coming to the end of the second week of easing the lockdown and we will be taking further decisions based on the review of the performance of the restrictions that we have in place.”
On the other hand, the Enugu State governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi was seen on Tuesday night defying the rain in Enugu in order to enforce the Presidential directive on 8pm – 6am nationwide curfew in the state.
This is in order to protect the people of the state from the deadly pandemic disease.
