Nigeria records new cases of coronavirus, cases finally hike to almost 14000

Nigeria has recorded new cases of deadly coronavirus, COVID-19 pandemic, and the total cases have finally hike to over 13000 in the country.

Onyxnews Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this known that 663 new cases of ravaging COVID-19 has been detected in Nigeria, this made the total number of cases of the deadly disease 13464 in the country.

This reliable online news platform understands that the NCDC confirmed 663 new cases of COVID-19 via the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Tuesday night, June 9.

NCDC recorded of the 663 COVID-19 cases confirmed on Tuesday night, 170 were seen in Lagos, Ogun-108 Bauchi-69 Ebonyi-49 Edo-33 Rivers-30 FCT-26 Jigawa-26 Delta-20 Anambra-17 Gombe-16 Kano-16 Imo-15 Abia-14 Borno-11 Oyo-11 Plateau-8 Kebbi-6 Kaduna-6 Ondo-4 Niger-2 Katsina-2 Osun-1 Ekiti-1 Kwara-1 Nasarawa-1.

The Agency tweeted: “663 new cases of #COVID19; Lagos-170 Ogun-108 Bauchi-69 Ebonyi-49 Edo-33 Rivers-30 FCT-26 Jigawa-26 Delta-20 Anambra-17 Gombe-16 Kano-16 Imo-15 Abia-14 Borno-11 Oyo-11 Plateau-8 Kebbi-6 Kaduna-6 Ondo-4 Niger-2 Katsina-2 Osun-1 Ekiti-1 Kwara-1 Nasarawa-1.”

With the new cases of six hundred and sixty three (663)death cases are three hundred and sixty five (365) and discharged cases are four thousand, two hundred and six (4206), so the total cases of the disease in Nigeria as of Tuesday night, 9 June 2020 is thirteen thousand, four hundred sixty four (13464).
