Oyo detects high coronavirus cases after Lagos as toll exceeds 18000 in Nigeria
Oyo state has detected more cases after Lagos as total cases of the ravaging coronavirus have exceeded 18000 in Nigeria.
Onyxnews Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made the announcement that 745 new cases of deadly pandemic has been detected in Nigeria, bringing the total number of the disease 18,480 in the country.

NCDC recorded that 745 COVID-19 cases confirmed on Thursday night, 280 were detected in Lagos, Oyo-103 Ebonyi-72 FCT-60 Imo-46 Edo-34 Delta-33 Rivers-25 Kaduna-23 Ondo-16 Katsina-12 Kano-10 Bauchi-8 Borno-7 Kwara-5 Gombe-4 Sokoto-2 Enugu-2 Yobe-1 Osun-1 Nasarawa-1.

Meanwhile, with the new cases of seven hundred and forty five (745), death cases are four hundred and seventy five (475) and discharged cases are six thousand, three hundred and seven (6307), so the total cases of the disease in Nigeria as on Thursday night, 18 2020 is eighteen thousand, four hundred and eighty (18,480).
