JUST IN: President Buhari in a closed door meeting with North East Gov., Service Chiefs

President Buhari is in a closed door meeting with North East Governors and Service Chiefs.
OnyxNews Nigeria reports that President Muhammadu Buhari is presently having a security meeting with all the six governors from the North-East Geo-political zone.
The meeting has the Service Chiefs and Inspector-General of police in attendance.
This meeting is coming just about two days after the North Eastern governors called on the federal government to increase its fight against Boko Haram in the region.
The governors made the call during a meeting of the North East Governors Association on Saturday in Maiduguri, Borno State capital.
During the meeting, the governors agreed on many issues including the need for the government of President Muhammadu Buhari to provide more modern weapons to the armed forces to tackle terrorism in the region.
