‘This is @OfficialAPCNg Egbekegbe’s definition of security. The assailants are “bandits”. The commanding officers of the victims who dare complain of either lack of equipment or wrong intel are demoted. Those terrorists, when caught, are feted, trained, & freed as “repentant”.’
