CBN empowerment entrepreneurship options for NEXIT has come up.
OnyxNews Nigeria reports that the Federal Government has developed CBN Empowerment Entrepreneurship Options For NEXIT for Past Npower beneficiaries to benefit from.
According to the update shared on micro-blogging site, Twitter by the Federal Government, which states that the central bank of Nigeria in collaboration with the Federal list of CBN empowerment and entrepreneurship options for NEXIT, the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has developed a portal to enable exited npower beneficiaries to log on and apply for the various CBN economic empowerment and entrepreneurship options such as:

1. The AGSMEIS loan
2. The Anchor Borrowers Program (ABP) and
3. BOI GEEP loan
AGSMEIS is a federal government intervention funding scheme through CBN that promotes Agric businesses as a vehicle for sustainable economic development and employment generation.
Anchor Borrowers’ Program (ABP): The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in line with its developmental function established the Anchor Borrowers’ Program (ABP). The Program which was launched by President Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR) on November 17, 2015, is intended to create a linkage between anchor companies involved in the processing and smallholder farmers (SHFs) of the required key agricultural commodities. The program thrust of the ABP is the provision of farm inputs in kind and cash (for farm labor) to smallholder farmers to boost production.
