Recall that the Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC ), Abdulrasheed Bawa on Thursday slumped while delivering a goodwill message at the 3rd National Identity Day at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The incident happened shortly after he started addressing the audience from the podium.
Bawa, while narrating how the agency, arrested a man in Ibadan, Oyo State with 160 SIM cards suddenly looked pale.
He, therefore, announced that he could no longer continue with the speech.

Then he staggered and collapsed.
He was quickly taken out of the podium by some government officials at the event including Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Prof. Isa Pantami; Acting Board Chairman, National Identity Management Commission, Malam Bello Gwandu and Director General of NIMC, Engr. Aliyu Abubakar Aziz.
Bawa was later rushed out of the hall, leading to commotion at the event as operatives descended on a cameraman working for Silverbird Television, while he was filming the scene.
The operatives asked him to delete his video and subsequently seized his camera.
