Gunmen Attack Oyo Prison, Free All Inmates
Abolongo correctional facility in Oyo State have been attacked by gunmen.
At about 10pm on Friday, the facility belonging to the Nigeria Correctional Service (NCS) was attacked by gunmen.

It was gathered that the Armed men set all the prisoners at the facility free during the attack after using explosives to gain access into the prison.

Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS)’s Spokesperson in the state, Olanrewaju Anjorin confirmed the attack on Saturday.
He said senior officers of the agency were on their way to access the level of destruction.
