Breaking: Landlord Son Stabbed Tenant To Death In Lagos

Shonibare Oluwasegun, a 36-year-old minibus driver, tragically lost his life due to a fatal stabbing incident allegedly committed by his landlord’s son.
The incident occurred in the Ajah area of Lagos during an argument regarding parking space.
As per eyewitness accounts, Oluwasegun arrived home on the night of Sunday, November 19, 2023, and parked his minibus, commonly referred to as ‘korope’, in front of his residential complex located at number 24 Adewunmi Close, Ilaje Ajah.
Shortly after retiring to bed, he was abruptly awakened by Taiye Adebayo, the son of his landlord, who forcefully knocked on his door.
According to the witnesses, Adebayo demanded that Oluwasegun move his minibus from its current parking location.
In response, Oluwasegun ventured outside and argued that the spot where he had parked was his usual and rightful parking space.
