BREAKING: Drake Suffers Significant Loss in Boxing Bet
Renowned Canadian rapper Drake has incurred a substantial loss of $565,000 after placing a bet on Tyson Fury to emerge victorious against Oleksandr Usyk.
This loss marks another significant setback for Drake in his gambling endeavors, following previous losses of a six-figure sum and $700,000 in separate events.
Prior to the fight, Drake publicly disclosed his bet of $565,000 on Fury’s victory via Instagram.
Had Fury emerged victorious, Drake would have collected a sum exceeding $1 million.
However, Usyk secured a split decision win over Fury in Saudi Arabia, thereby becoming the first undisputed heavyweight boxing champion in 24 years.
As a result, Usyk has added Fury’s WBC title to his existing WBA, IBF, and WBO belts.
Drake’s consecutive losses serve as a reminder of the unpredictability of sports betting, even for high-stakes gamblers.
