JUST IN: Joe Biden Diagnosed with Advanced Prostate Cancer

Former President Joe Biden was diagnosed on Friday with an aggressive prostate cancer that has spread to his bones, his office announced Sunday. The diagnosis followed medical attention last week after Biden experienced increased urinary symptoms and a prostate nodule was detected.
The cancer has a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5), indicating a highly aggressive form. Nonetheless, the cancer is hormone-sensitive, which provides options for effective management.
Biden and his family are currently reviewing treatment options with his physicians. This diagnosis comes amid ongoing public focus on Biden’s health following his exit from the presidency.
The former president’s office described the situation as serious but manageable, and pledged to keep the public informed of new developments.
