JUST IN: Police Arrest Rapper, Lil Nas X In Los Angeles— Reports

Los Angeles police detained American rapper Lil Nas X on Thursday after he was spotted walking the streets dressed only in underwear and cowboy boots.

Authorities said they responded to a distress call at about 5:30 a.m. on Ventura Boulevard, where witnesses reported a “half-naked man causing a disturbance.”

That individual was later identified as the “Old Town Road” star.

The LAPD stated that the 26-year-old musician allegedly “charged” at officers upon their arrival, which led to his arrest on suspicion of battery.

Police added that he was then transported to a hospital for suspected drug overdose treatment.

A video shared by TMZ that has since gone viral captured the Grammy winner dancing erratically in the street and shouting at passersby to “come to the party.”
