What Nnamdi Kanu said about Buhari’s broadcast on COVID-19 lockdown

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to stop “deceiving the masses and endangering lives.“
Onyxnews Nigeria reports that Nnamdi Kanu, who has been rumoured to have died, said this in reaction to the President’s National broadcast on COVID-19 on Monday evening, which was shown on National Television Authority (NTA).
This reliable online news platform understands that President Buhari approved the conditional and phased relaxation of the lockdown imposed on Abuja, Lagos and Ogun States due to the deadly coronavirus outbreak during the broadcast.
The President said: “Based on the above and in line with the recommendations of the Presidential Task Force on COVID nineteen, the various Federal Government committees that have reviewed socio-economic matters and the Nigeria Governors Forum, I have approved for a phased and gradual easing of lockdown measures in FCT, Lagos and Ogun States effective from Monday, 4th May 2020.
“However, this will be followed strictly with aggressive reinforcement of testing and contact tracing measures while allowing the restoration of some economic and business activities in certain sectors,” the President added.
Reacting to President Buhari’s broadcast on the COVID-19 lockdown in a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter, Kanu, refers to Buhari as an impostor whose name is Jubril Al-Sudani from Sudan, called on the Nigerian leader to “stop deceiving the masses and endangering lives” but should rather “go back to Sudan.”
Nnamdi Kanu tweeted: “Prerecorded and edited broadcasts will not save @NGRPresident! Stop deceiving the masses and endangering lives, go back to Sudan.
