This online news platform understands that President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday accepted the immediate resignation of the Service Chiefs, and their retirement from the Nigerian military service.

Nnamdi Kanu in his opinion stated that he doubts their capability to stop the insecurity ravaging some parts of Nigeria.
According to him, “it will surely get worse because your Service Chiefs will soon prove unwilling and unable to stop Boko Haram, herdsmen and ISWAP while at the same time tolerating the extrajudicial killing of unarmed activists in the South, especially in Southeast, as in the ongoing #OrluMassacre.”
