Toyin Abraham Breaks Records On Netflix
Popular Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham’s latest movie, “Ijakumo,” has achieved success on the popular streaming platform, Netflix.
The award-winning actress took to Instagram to express her gratitude to God and share her belief in the power of manifesting one’s desires.
“Ijakumo,” a film that explores the story of a born-again stripper, had already made waves six months ago when it claimed the top spot as the number one indigenous language drama at the West African Box Office. Also, the movie has held the number one position on Netflix in Nigeria for an impressive two weeks in a row, making it the sole Nigerian film to achieve such a feat in 2023,” she said.
Overwhelmed with joy and gratitude, Toyin emphasized the importance of speaking one’s aspirations into existence and putting in the necessary effort to bring them to fruition.
She urged her followers to faith in the power of manifesting their desires and highlighted that God listens and rewards those who remain steadfast.
The actress’ Instagram post resonated with her fans and followers, who were inspired by her words and thrilled by the success of “Ijakumo.” The film’s achievement is particularly notable considering it is a non-branded and licensed production.
She also expressed her appreciation for everyone who contributed to the movie’s success and playfully called out Netflix,” Netflix Global”,” Netflix Naija”, and several individuals, hoping for another significant financial reward. She concluded her post by expressing her profound gratitude to God and thanking everyone who supported her throughout the journey.
