Barcelona midfielder, Ilkay Gundogan has hit out at his Barcelona teammates claiming lack of passion, after their defeat against rivals, Real Madrid in the Clasico on Saturday.
Recall that Madrid came from behind down to beat Barca 2-1 on Saturday.
After Ilkay Gundogan’s early goal, Jude Bellingham’s came from behind to Equalize and score the winner for Real Madrid.
“I come from the dressing room and obviously people are disappointed after such a big game, such an important game and such an unthinkable result.
“I would like to see more anger, more disappointment.
“I didn’t come here to lose these kinds of games or to allow these gaps to open up. I also have a responsibility as a senior player not to allow these things to happen to the team, we need to hang in there more,” Gundogan told Optus Sport.
Following the loss, Barcelona are now four points behind Madrid after 11 games in La Liga.
