Black Sherif Temporarily Quits Music Scene

Ghanaian artist and rapper, Mohammed Ismail Sherif, widely known as Black Sherif, has revealed his intention to temporarily step away from the music scene.
The 21-year-old musician stated that he plans to pursue further education in clothesmaking following the release of his second album.
He disclosed this in a statement in his X page stating that, “I need to go back to school to learn how to make clothes.”
Black Sherif first captured public attention in 2021 with the release of his hit track ‘First Sermon’ in May.
This was followed by the release of ‘Second Sermon’ in July, which garnered significant attention and even received a remix featuring Nigerian singer Burna Boy, who has won multiple Grammy Awards.
