French Minister tests positive for coronavirus

The minister of Culture of the French Republic, Franck Riester has tested positive for coronavirus.
“He is not in hospital, but rather confined to his home, with very few symptoms,” France’s health minister Olivier Véran disclosed this on Monday evening in an interview with French news channel BFMTV.
It is reported that the minister contracted the virus at the country’s lower house National Assembly, where five cases have been confirmed in recently.
Onyxnewsng understands that, as at Monday evening, there were about 1,412 confirmed cases of the deadly virus and 30 related deaths in France.
