BREAKING: Nigeria records fresh cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) as toll hits 1095, see breakdown of each state

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has recorded fresh cases of coronavirus in Nigeria.

Onyxnews Nigeria reports that the NCDC announced that 114 fresh cases of COVID-19 pandemic have been recorded in Nigeria, as the total number of confirmed cases of the disease in the country hits 1095.

This online news platform understands that the NCDC made the development known via the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Friday night, 24 April, 2020.

The agency tweeted, “114 new cases of #COVID19 have been reported; 80 in Lagos 21 in Gombe 5 in FCT 2 in Zamfara 2 in Edo 1 in Ogun 1 in Oyo 1 in Kaduna 1 in Sokoto. As at 11:30 pm 24th April there are 1095 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. Discharged: 208 Deaths: 32″
