Nigeria has recorded new cases of deadly coronavirus, COVID-19 pandemic.
Onyxnews Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this known that 241 new cases of ravaging COVID-19 has been recorded in Nigeria, bringing the total number of cases of the deadly coronavirus to 10819 in the country.
This reliable online news platform understands that the NCDC confirmed 241 new cases of COVID-19 via the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Tuesday night, June 2.
NCDC recorded of the 241 COVID-19 cases confirmed on Tuesday night, 142 were seen in Lagos, Oyo-15 FCT-13 Kano-12 Edo-11 Delta-10 Kaduna -9 Rivers-9 Borno-8 Jigawa-4 Gombe-3 Plateau-3 Osun-1 Bauchi-1.
The agency tweeted: “241 new cases of #COVID19; Lagos-142 Oyo-15 FCT-13 Kano-12 Edo-11 Delta-10 Kaduna -9 Rivers-9 Borno-8 Jigawa-4 Gombe-3 Plateau-3 Osun-1 Bauchi-1 10819 cases of #COVID19Nigeria Discharged: 3239 Deaths: 314.”

Meanwhile, with the new cases of two hundred and forty one (241), death cases are three hundred and fourteen (314) and dicharged cases are three thousand, two hundred and thirty nine (3239), so the total cases of the disease in Nigeria as of Tuesday night, 2 June 2020 is ten thousand, eight hundred and nineteen (10819).
