BREAKING: Coronavirus cases exceed 15000 in Nigeria, as number of fresh cases keep increasing

Nigeria coronavirus has exceeded 15000 as fresh cases of the ravaging pandemic are detected in high numbers daily in the country.

Onyxnews Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made the announcement that 627 new cases of deadly pandemic has been detected in Nigeria, making the total number of the viral disease 15181 in the country.

NCDC recorded that 627 COVID-19 cases confirmed on Friday night, 229 were detected in Lagos, FCT-65 Abia-54 Borno-42 Oyo-35 Rivers-28 Edo-28 Gombe-27 Ogun-21 Plateau-18 Delta-18 Bauchi-10 Kaduna-10 Benue-9 Ondo-8 Kwara-6 Nasarawa-4 Enugu-4 Sokoto-3 Niger-3 Kebbi-3 Yobe-1 Kano-1.

NCDC tweeted: “627 new cases of #COVID19Nigeria Lagos-229 FCT-65 Abia-54 Borno-42 Oyo-35 Rivers-28 Edo-28 Gombe-27 Ogun-21 Plateau-18 Delta-18 Bauchi-10 Kaduna-10 Benue-9 Ondo-8 Kwara-6 Nasarawa-4 Enugu-4 Sokoto-3 Niger-3 Kebbi-3 Yobe-1 Kano-1 Total: 15181 confirmed 4891 discharged 399 deaths.”

Meanwhile, with the new cases of six hundred and twenty seven (627), death cases are three hundred and ninty nine (399) and discharged cases are four thousand, eight hundred and ninty one (4891), so the total cases of the disease in Nigeria as on Friday night, 12 2020 is fifteen thousand, one hundred and eighty one (15181).
