Former Speaker Yakubu Dogara has dumped PDP now back to APC.
Onyxnews Nigeria gathered that the former Speaker of the House of Representatives returned to Nigeria’s ruling party, All Progressive Congress (APC), from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) after meeting President Muhammadu Buhari.
Former Speaker Dogara, who left APC to PDP shortly before the 2019 general elections, was led to meet President Buhari at the State House on Friday by the chairman of the party’s Caretaker/National Planning Committee Governor Mai Mala Buni.
But, Yakubu Dogara kept mute, he did not speak with State House correspondents after the meeting but Buni confirmed he had rejoined the APC, the ruling party of Nigeria.
