Fear Grip Lagos Residents After Waking Up To Warning Letter
Meiran residents in Lagos State are presently living in panic after waking up to a letter of revenge from an unknown source.
The letter which was written in Yoruba language was pasted on a wall near a primary school around the area.
OnyxNews Nigeria quotes report by EkoHot Blog that the letter, which is specifically pointing to the residents of Ariresola and Anisere, says the ‘Saki’ boys are coming to take revenge on them.
They will not spare the fathers, mothers and even children. The youths especially will bath in their own blood, the letter read.
They claimed to be “Saki Boys” from Oyo who are coming to take revenge after a long period of time.
The letter read: “GBOGBO EYIN ARA ADUGBO ARILESOLA ATI ANI SERE KI EKU ILE YIN GBO KO SO FUN TO KO YIN. AMA GBA ESAN LARA YIN. ATI BABA IYA ATI PAPA AWON ODO YIN MAFI EJE WE!! ELO BERE 1’TAN ILU SAKI – JAGUN JAGUN NI WA. O KAN KAN L’AMA PADA SINU ADUGBO YEN LA MA MA MUYIN AMA GBA ESAN!!”
In English translation: “To all the residents of Arilesola and Anisere. Let everyone hear, we will revenge! From the oldest to the youngest..you will all bath in your blood. Go and ask for the story of SAKI, we are warriors/fighters,one by one we’l enter that neighborhood and catch you” The letter has increased fear and panic among residents in the area.
Lagosians have summoned all the men of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) to come to their aid and ensure tighter security.
