A Well Known Kaduna Traditional Ruler Is Dead.
OnyxNews Nigeria quotes Premium Times reporting that a well known Kaduna traditional ruler, Sarkin Lere, Abubakar Mohammed, is dead.
Sarkin Lere, Abubakar Mohammed.
Sarkin Lere Abubakar Mohammed who was a retired general in the Nigeria Army ascended the throne of Lere after the demise of Umaru Sani in 2011.
Mohammed died on Saturday morning in Kaduna.
Many family members of the deceased traditional ruler disclosed that he died after a brief sickness.

“He is my uncle. We missed him this Sarturday morning. It is indeed a loss for us and the whole family,” Hassan Mohammed said.
The emir will be buried in Lere town at 5 p.m today according to the Islamic rite.
He is survived by four children and many grandchildren.
