Ohanaeze President-General, George Obiozor Is Dead
The information that Obiozor passed away on December 26 was confirmed by a high-ranking chieftain of the Ohanaeze ndi’gbo.
It was gathered that a chieftain, who requested anonymity, that Obiozor had passed away as a result of a heart-related condition.
He stated that the most authoritative Igbo body would not announce Obiozor’s passing until his family did so first.
“The man has passed away, but it is not in our custom to announce such a death even when we have such information.

Instead, we permit the members of the family to make such an announcement,” she said.
“He passed away on Monday due to complications from heart disease. I am not sure exactly where he passed away, but I do know that he had travelled outside of Nigeria before coming back to Lagos,” she added.
According to the source, they called them early on December 26th to let them know that he had died earlier that morning.
Rumours and some evidence to support the claim that Obiozor has passed away have emerged.
With all these rumours, Obiozor’s family has not confirmed that, he Ohanaeze is dead.
