Angry Residents Set Police Station On Fire (Video)
Nigerian Police Station at Oregun, Ikeja Lagos has been set ablaze by angry residents over the killing of one Idris, according to Guardian Nigeria reports.
A yet to be identified police man allegedly killed Idris over the weekend.
A police officer was injured during the fire at the post and was reportedly taken to a hospital for treatment.
The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, who confirmed the incident said an investigation into the case has began.
Benjamin also said, “no suspect had been arrested.”
