Popular Nigerian singer, Divine Ikubor widely known as ‘Rema‘ reaches another milestone with his hit single, ‘Calm Down‘ featuring Selena Gomez as it surpasses 1 billion streams on Spotify.

The singer’s song officially reached the nine-zero mark on the streaming service, building on its prior success as the most streamed Afrobeats song of all time on Spotify.

This is the first and only African song to achieve this number of stream.

The success of Calm Down not only marks Gomez’s first No. 1 on the Radio Songs chart but also Rema’s first chart-topping track.
