In an impressive show of appreciation for Nigerian music, former U.S. President Barack Obama named four Nigerian songs as part of his list of favorite music for 2023.
The four songs by Nigerian artists that Barack Obama named as his favorites for 2023 are:
“Unavailable” by Davido featuring Musa Keys
“Amapiano” by Asake featuring Olamide
“Me & U” by Tems
“Sittin’ On Top Of The World” by Burna Boy featuring 21 Savage.
Additionally, Obama included “Water” by South African singer Tyla.
The list of music that Barack Obama selected for 2023 reflects the diversity and global appeal of modern music.
