Comedian AY Filed Petition Against Agozi Samuel Over Alleged Extramarital Affair With May Edochie
Nigerian comedian, Ayo Makun, who is also known as AY, has lodged a complaint with the police against an individual named Agozi Samuel.
The petition is in response to Samuel’s claim on Facebook that AY is involved in a romantic relationship with May Edochie, the ex-wife of actor Yul Edochie.
AY, through his lawyers, has accused Samuel of criminal defamation and cyberstalking and has requested his arrest and prosecution.
The petition party read, “The said publication alleges that our client is involved in an extramarital affair with one May Eodchie, the wife of Yul Eodchie and that our client was responsible for the marital crisis between May and her husband.”
AY emphasized that these false allegations have negatively impacted his brand, personal life, career, integrity, and reputation.
He has provided evidence of defamation and cyberbullying to support his case and urged the police to swiftly investigate and apprehend Samuel.
AY categorically denies the baseless and untrue allegation.
