Reactions As Burna Boy Calls Davido ‘Joke’

Grammy-winning Nigerian musician Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, indirectly made a reference to his fellow artist Davido by calling him a “joke.”

This exchange happened when a fan of Davido insulted Burna Boy for not winning four Grammy awards.

Burna Boy responded by pointing out the perceived irony in the fan’s display picture featuring Davido.

After the fan changed his display picture from Davido to another image, Burna Boy deleted his comment.

When another fan criticized him for deleting the comment, Burna Boy clarified that he did so because the troll had changed his display picture.

The fan wrote, “Burna Boy no fit stand on business? He fold?.”

Burna Boy replied: “You nor see say baba don change am put my picture? Na me be joke?”

Although Burna Boy removed his comment, it sparked controversy on social media, with many individuals criticizing his statement.
