Beauty Tukura Vows to Keep Love Life Private After Relationship With Neo

Former beauty queen and reality TV personality, Beauty Tukura, has spoken candidly about her past relationship with fellow Big Brother Naija star, Neo Akpofure.
In a conversation with media personality Toke Makinwa on Toke Moments, Beauty shared that while the relationship was a positive experience, she now prefers to keep her romantic life private.
“There was nothing to hide,” she stated. “I was happy being with him at the time.”
However, when asked if she would consider dating publicly again, the 27-year-old Afe Babalola University alumna responded with a firm “honestly, no.” She explained that her previous relationships had always been private and that maintaining a low profile in romance helps eliminate external pressures.
“I think it’s just better when it’s private because there’s no extra opinion,” she noted. “But when you have a public relationship, it feels like there are too many people involved—his family, my family, and then the whole world.”
Addressing the impact of reality TV fan culture, Beauty acknowledged the intense nature of Big Brother Naija’s fanbase.
“They are very passionate,” she said. “Sometimes, it would be easier if they didn’t see things as just black and white but as normal. At the end of the day, we are regular people—we’re just in the public eye.”
