Amobi Ogah Rejects Labour Party Suspension, Endorses Governor Otti’s Leadership

Amobi Ogah, the federal lawmaker for Isuikwuato/Umunneochi in Abia State, has rejected his indefinite suspension by the Julius Abure faction of the Labour Party, affirming his unwavering support for Governor Alex Otti.
The suspension, which also targeted Governor Otti and other LP lawmakers, was described by Ogah as “a joke taken too far” and a deliberate distraction by forces threatened by the new leadership in Abia. Speaking to Journalists in Abuja, he said the suspension holds no weight for him and will not interfere with his duties.
Ogah stated, “I have the mandate of the people, and my commitment to Gov. Otti and his transformational agenda in Abia remains unshakable.” He praised Otti’s administration for bringing hope and accountability to the state, calling the governor “the best thing that has happened to our state in decades.”
He urged his constituents to remain calm and assured them of his dedication to delivering effective representation.
