BREAKING: Coronavirus: President Buhari’s another test result finally out

President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has tested negative for coronavirus (COVID-19).
Onyxnewsng reports that the Presidency disclosed this in a statement issued on Wednesday afternoon.
Reacting to President Buhari’s coronavirus test result, the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina said “status is a thing of joy”
President Buhari’s Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari tested positive for the virus on Monday, and on Tuesday, Buhari was reported to have tested negative but earlier today, the President was said to be coughing consistently suggesting that his condition had worsen after testing negative on Tuesday.
Although, Onyxnewsng reports that president Buhari’s test result is coming out on a day Nigeria recorded two new cases of coronavirus in the country.
This online news platform understands that the two new cases were recorded in Lagos and Osun State which recorded its first case, a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Wednesday morning, March 25 by the NCDC disclosed.
The NCDC said the cases are returning travellers to Nigeria in the last seven days. The Disease control centre added that as at 07:00 am March 25th, 46 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Nigeria, pointing out that two have been discharged with one death recorded.
A statement by the NCDC reads; “Two new cases of #COVID19 have been confirmed in Nigeria: 1 in Lagos and 1 in Osun.
“Both cases are returning travellers to Nigeria in the last 7 days.
“As at 07:00 am 25th March, there are 46 confirmed cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria. 2 have been discharged with 1 death,” NCDC tweeted.
