BREAKING: Nigeria records high cases of COVID-19 as total number of cases jump up again
Nigeria has recorded high number of new cases of ravaging COVID-19 pandemic in the country, as total number of cases jumped up again Onyxnews Nigeria can report.
This reliable online news platform also reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made the announcement that 338 fresh cases of the deadly pandemic has been recorded in Nigeria, making the total number of cases of the virus 5959 in the country.
Onyxnews Nigeria understands that the NCDC made the announcement via the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Sunday night, May 17.
NCDC tweeted: “338 new cases of #COVID19; 177-Lagos 64-Kano 21-FCT 16-Rivers 14-Plateau 11-Oyo 9-Katsina 4-Jigawa 4-Kaduna 3-Abia 3-Bauchi 3-Borno 2-Gombe 2-Akwa Ibom 2-Delta 1-Ondo 1-Kebbi 1-Sokoto 5959 cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria Discharged: 1594 Deaths: 182.”
