Onyxnews Nigeria reports that Nigeria has recorded new cases of ravaging COVID-19 pandemic.
The total number of the disease confirmed in the country now hit 46,140.
This reliable online news platform also reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this known that 437 new cases of the pandemic infection have been confirmed in Nigeria, making all cases of the disease 46,577 in the country, with 33,186 discharged cases, and 945 deaths.
Onyxnews Nigeria understands that the NCDC confirmed 437 new cases of COVID-19 through the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Sunday night, August 10th 2020.
NCDC recorded that with 437 COVID-19 cases confirmed on Sunday night, 107 was detected in Lagos, FCT-91 Plateau-81 Kaduna-32 Ogun-30 Kwara-24 Ebonyi-19 Ekiti-17 Oyo-8 Borno-6 Edo-6 Kano-4 Nasarawa-3 Osun-3 Taraba-3 Gombe-2 Bauchi-1.
NCDC tweeted: “437 new cases of #COVID19Nigeria; Lagos-107 FCT-91 Plateau-81 Kaduna-32 Ogun-30 Kwara-24 Ebonyi-19 Ekiti-17 Oyo-8 Borno-6 Edo-6 Kano-4 Nasarawa-3 Osun-3 Taraba-3 Gombe-2 Bauchi-1,” adding “total 46,577 confirmed, 33,186 discharged and 945 deaths.”
