Serie A: Chukwueze’s Absence Costs Us The Match – Pioli

AC Milan Boss, Stefano Pioli has revealed that Samuel Chukwueze’s absence contributed to the side’s loss to Udinese on Saturday night.
The Rosseneri fell to a disappointing 1-0 loss at home to Udinese after Roberto Pereyra scored the decisive goal in the 62nd minute.
Chukwueze injured his hamstring during international duty last month and has been out of action since.
Stefano Pioli believes the Nigerian winger would have made a difference in the home defeat to Udinese
“I am sure that I have important characteristics at my disposal. I made a different choice today because Pulisic and Chukwueze were unavailable, otherwise we know how we want to attack and approach the games.
“We must do much better, it is only fair that the fans jeer and especially that they jeer me, because this was not the performance we wanted,” He said.
Milan’s recent form has been poor, having not won in their last four games across all competitions.
