Nigeria records fresh cases of coronavirus (COVID-19), total exceeds 27,000

Nigeria has recorded fresh cases of ravaging coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and the total number of the disease hit 27,110, with Lagos detecting highest cases as usual, among all states.
Onyxnews Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made it known that 790 new cases of the deadly disease has been detected in Nigeria. Total number of the virus now 27,110 with 10,801 discharged cases and 616 deaths.

NCDC recorded that 626 COVID-19 cases confirmed on Thursday night, 193 were detected in Lagos, FCT-85 Oyo-41 Edo-38 Kwara-34 Abia-31 Ogun-29 Ondo-28 Rivers-26 Osun-21 Akwa Ibom-18 Delta-18 Enugu-15 Kaduna-13 Plateau-11 Borno-8 Bauchi-7 Adamawa-5 Gombe-4 Sokoto-1.
